Superior champion distillate obtained by distilling a pomace (drop) of the Malvasia sort. Proudly named Istriana, it was aged for 18 months in sessile oak barrique wooden barrels. Maturing in wooden barrels is characterized by notes of softness and harmonious bouquet. With its balanced taste, its strong character is very pronounced, which is harmoniously complemented with notes of caramel, vanilla and dried oak figs.
