I. TERMS OF USE

Please carefully read General terms and conditions of the online business between the seller and the buyer on the website, internet shop www.sempervivum.hr. Information about the seller, internet shop (web shop):

The procedure and conditions of purchase on the website www.sempervivum.hr, internet shop (web shop) are defined by several parameters: order of product, payment of product, delivery of the product, delivery price of the product, return/reclamation/replacement of products.

By purchasing products on the Internet shop (web shop) www.sempervivum.hr it is considered that you are familiar with this General terms and conditions of the online business and that you agree with them.

By accepting General terms and conditions of online business customer declares that all the information that he gave about himself are true and complete.

Meaning of terms in General terms and conditions of online business at www.sempervivum.hr:

Seller: Sempervivum, trade craft, the owner of internet shop www.sempervivum.hr

Buyer: each adult person (18 years) who joined the website www.sempervivum.hr, and who after review and selection of products made ​​registration of their data and ordered the product.

Products: all the products that are highlighted on www.sempervivum.hr, which can be purchased via the internet shop - web shop.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Purchase Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is closed at the moment of ordering of products.

Via www.sempervivum.hr it is possible to purchase products in the European Union (EU member), including delivery of purchased products exclusively in the same area.

2. By using www.sempervivum.hr it is considered that the Buyer is familiar with the General terms and conditions of the online business and that he accept them. The Seller eliminates any responsibility for issues that could eventually arise because the Buyer at www.sempervivum.hr did not read the General terms and conditions of online business.

3. The buyer can only be an adult and legally competent person, min. 18 years old. Internet shop (web shop) contains alcoholic and strong alcoholic drinks which are not intended for sale to persons under 18 years of age. To act contrary to this provision, The Seller has no responsibility.

4. Buyers at www.sempervivum.hr are obliged to provide accurate, current and complete personal information when filling out the registration form, and to confirm the age of majority in the registration process. Acting contrary to the treatment authorizes the Seller to deny access to such customers or realization of all or part of the services offered at www.sempervivum.hr if there is timely information about the offense.

5. The seller is entitled, without prior notice, to modify the content of these General terms and conditions of online business, product range, prices of products and other data related to the web shop, as well as all other content at www.sempervivum.hr. Acting contrary to the treatment releases the Seller from any responsibility.

6. The seller makes highly effort to ensure that all publish information about the product was accurate. If the information about a particular product are not updated or accurate, the Seller will notify Buyer who submitted the order after which the Buyer has the right to remain in its order, or modify it.

7. Photographs with the products are only illustrative. Photographs on www.sempervivum.hr are owned by commercial craft "SEMPERVIVUM.". It is forbidden unauthorized copying and reproduction of images without the prior written consent of the owner.

III. ONLINE SHOPPING AT INTERNET SHOP (WEB SHOP)

1. Order

Online purchase can be realized only if the buyer is registered in a designated place on www.sempervivum.hr. When filling out the registration form Buyer is obliged to provide accurate, current and complete personal information. Products that can be purchased are advertised on www.sempervivum.hr, and with each product there are information on product specifications, price, delivery price and other dana. Selection of the desired product is done by storing in the "My basket" by clicking on the link "Order".

In "My basket" are all the products that Buyer chose to buy along with the price of the product and the delivery price and total price (including legal VAT). If the customer wants to finish with purchase, he chooses the link "My Basket", and the system automatically leads him to a website where it is necessary to make the customer registration, to confirm the age of majority and to choose the method of payment (payment by transfer order or PayPal payment).

2. Product payment

2.1. Payment for purchased products the Buyer can make via transfer order or PayPal.

2.2. Payment is considered to be completed at the time of receipt of payment:

a) to the giro account when making by transfer payment method,
b) on the paypal account.

3. Products delivery

3.1. Products that have been paid (visible payment to the Seller) in accordance with the submitted offer will be delivered to the Buyer within a maximum of 3-5 working days from the date of payment, provided that orders are received during working days from Monday to Friday. In case the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, he shall notify the Buyer in order to agree on a new delivery deadline. In this case the Buyer has the right to terminate the agreement.

3.2. Contract between Seller and delivery (courier) service (GLS and DPD) provides for the delivery to any place within the European Union at the latest within 5 working days.

3.3. During the shipment of the product to the buyer's address, the Buyer will be notified and will receive a link and the number through which can track the movement of the consignment (Tracking number).

4. Delivery price

4.1. The delivery is carried by Seller with a reputable delivery (courier) services GLS and DPD.

4.2. Upon delivery, with the the product purchased, the Buyer gets the bill, and confirmation of receipt of the consignment which he must sign. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the consignment it is considered that the product is taken without external visible damage.

4.3. Delivery prices are highlighted at www.sempervivum.hr and they do not contain the corresponding legal VAT. The Seller has formed delivery prices based on the weight of the product and grouping them by type.

4.4. Delivery is free if the buyer made the following purchase amount:

a) if the purchase is made higher than 299,00 kn for delivery on Croatian territory,
b) if the purchase is made higher than 199,00 € for delivery in the European Union (member countries).

5. Returns/Complaints/Product replacement

5.1. When taking over the delivered product, the Buyer is required to review the delivered product and in case of visible damage he has the right to refuse to accept the same and ask for the delivery of undamaged product.

5.2. In those cases when the product that is delivered to the Buyer is different than the one ordered, the Buyer is entitled to the delivery of ordered products, and if this is not possible the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the price paid for the product, delivery price and compensation of expenses of product return and is required to return the wrong product that was delivered.

IV. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. The Seller collects the Buyer's personal data only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of his obligations, for informing about new and products on sale, and for the delivery of promotional materials, developing relationships with customers and to verify other information necessary for online shopping.

2. The seller is committed to protecting Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, and agrees that he will not dispose personal data in any way to third parties without the consent of the Buyer (except for data that are indispensable for business partners to execute delivery of purchased products).

3. The buyer has the right to ask for an update, correction or modification of inaccurate personal data.
