The first unfiltered craft Gin ALDO 52 in Poreč stands out with the aroma of juniper berries and the gentle accompaniment of the taste and aroma of eight spices that evoke a strong emotion of top quality distillate. To obtain this premium Istrian gin, the basic distillate of Malvasia grape brandy is used. All spices are macerated directly in a copper cauldron for several days and redistillation is performed on 80% ABV. in boiled cauldrons in order to retain only the most aromatic part of the gin, its “heart and soul”. The specialty of our unfiltered gin ALDO 52 is the unique softness and balance of all aromatic flavors with the dominance of juniper berries and Mediterranean spices.

 Nine botanicals are used to flavor our Gin ALDO 52:

Juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, liquorice root, immortelle flowers, anise seeds, Ceylon cinnamon. The perfect combination makes Istrian premium gin ALDO 52 and tonic with the addition of a fresh slice of orange.
